Our Briskets come in 3 different ways. Half-flat, half-point or whole brisket. We cut them in half often as many would prefer to have half over a full as a full one can be 8-10 pounds! When you place an order please let us know in the notes which you would prefer. Brisket is great for smoking and slow cooking. We love brisket burnt ends around here!
