We will have very limited Whole Briskets available for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. If brisket is on your holiday menu, we highly recommend securing yours early.

How It Works:

• Reserve with a Pre-Deposit: Place your pre-deposit now to save your brisket—once they’re gone, they’re gone.

• Pickup may be required at the farm depending on timing, and we are working to have most available for market pickup by December 3rd for those reserving for Christmas.
• Thanksgiving Option:Want your brisket for Thanksgiving?

We can accommodate Thanksgiving pickup, but these are first-come, first-served and require special request ASAP due to limited supply.
