Make the juiciest burgers with our ground beef, seasoned with a hint of brown sugar and spices. Simple, flavorful, and perfect for a backyard cookout.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Optional Toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar.
  2. Form into 4 patties, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side for medium, or until desired doneness.
  4. Let burgers rest 3-5 minutes. Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Tip: Dry-aged beef adds incredible flavor to your homemade burgers — no fancy toppings needed.
