- 2 New York Strip steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions:
- Remove steaks from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature.
- Preheat grill to high heat. Brush steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- While steaks are resting, melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add garlic, thyme, and rosemary, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
